JC Truck drivers are expected to be law-abiding, timely, respectful, and professional while working. Drivers are also expected to maintain each of the requirements listed above. Each driver is expected to provide JC with schedule availability and availability changes within a timely manner to make appropriate accommodations. Loads are often acquired through Amazon Relay, and drivers will be expected to use the App that Amazon provides for drivers. This App will provide load assignments and details and track you to ensure your arrivals are on time. Amazon tracks each driver's use of the app and grades this along with "on-time loads," "acceptance of loads," and "disruption-free" loads. We expect that all drivers communicate with JC effectively to ensure loads follow the terms listed in the sentence above.
When loads are acquired outside of Amazon Relay, JC will communicate thoroughly with the driver based on the parameters of the load.
All drivers must understand the importance of utilizing the E-log. This is mandatory and will need to be used correctly by each driver at all times.
